 As a franchisor as well as a web solutions provider, Busby is very
passionate about providing individuals with the opportunity to operate
their own business and in doing so, assisting them to unlock their true
potential. However for many the goal of owning their own business is
unreachable for varying reasons. Busby recognises this and has decided
to provide an opportunity to individuals through the creation of ESP,
an Entrepreneur Scholarship Program, which gives one person each year
the opportunity of a free Busby Web Solutions Franchise. The
ESP was launched in January 2008 and will be run annually with the
first winner being selected in October 2008. Under the program, Busby
franchisees, licensees and staff will scout for entrepreneurial talent
globally and will nominate individuals. Individuals are also invited to
submit an application direct. All applicants will be screened and
reviewed and from that a group of 6 finalists will be interviewed by a
panel who will award the winner the opportunity of a free Busby Web
Solutions franchise. The scholarship includes full training and ongoing
support by Busby's team of professional executives with the aim of
assisting the winner in establishing their own successful web solutions
business. The education and training they receive includes: 1. Pre training to bring the winner up to speed with web solutions The
training will enable them to operate a successful web solutions
business while providing them with very beneficial lifelong skills. ESP
seeks to attract talented, motivated and passionate young adults who
are determined to succeed and have a strong interest in the dynamic and
growing field of the Internet. Busby's ESP will encourage young
entrepreneurs to become future business and community leaders and by
encouraging financial independence we hope to give opportunities to
individuals who otherwise may not have been given a chance. We
