 Ray Titus, owner of Billboard Connection is the proud recipient of the Presidential 'E' award. In May of this year Ray Titus, President of Billboard Connection, travelled to Washington DC where President George W Bush presented him with the United States Department of Commerce 'E' Award. The president's E Award is the highest honour the government can give to an American company in recognition of their excellence in exporting a product or service. The award was created by executive order of President J.F. Kennedy in 1961 and Ray Titus is the first franchisor to receive the award in its 45 year history.  |
