LAPPING UP THE LIMELIGHT Oscar reaches the BFA Franchisee of the Year final!
We've all got our fingers and paws crossed for Tracy and Cliff Marsh of
Lewes, East Sussex. Becoming one of twelve finalists in the 2007 BFA
Franchisee of the Year Award has generated a huge buzz at Oscar.
Oscar offers great support to its network of franchisees and with
Customer Focus being one of the main themes in running a successful
business it shows that Tracy and Cliff have pulled out all the stops
when it comes to having a great 'rap-paw' with their customers.
"We are over the moon, and still pinching ourselves. It is quite an
honour to reach this stage in the award scheme, especially as focusing
on the customer is the only way we know how to run our business."
With a combined 40 years service in banking, Tracy and Cliff were
looking for the freedom of taking charge of their own destiny, but
needed the security of a tried and tested system. Already understanding
that looking after your customer was the only way to succeed in
business, they too were looking to continue this theme. Finding Oscar
with the same approach clinched the deal from the start. It worked -
good brand, good product and support from the start, all wrapped up in
a real and friendly atmosphere. "Our personal service has been
the key to building a reliable customer base and since 2003 we have got
to know our customers and their pets really well. We understand and
meet their needs to provide a happier, healthier and longer life for
their pets. This personal service goes a long way to ensuring repeat
business - happy people with happy pets is a great mix to allow your
business to grow. It is also expanding our network of friends with
invitations to weddings and other celebration parties!" Tracy
and Cliff have put their financial services days behind them although
they can now combine this with their Oscar experience and "bank" on
investing the BFA title for 2007!
