Originating in Australia we have been doing this for almost 20 years and are now developing our high customer service brand across the globe, with our first four UK stores having opened in 2009/10.

PACK & SEND specialises in servicing gaps in the logistics market that other companies are unwilling or unable to service. Our business has prospered because there is always a need for goods to be packed and sent around the UK and globally.

Is a PACK & SEND business opportunities for you?

At PACK & SEND we are looking for special people to join the team who have a blend of skills and passion bordering on fanaticism to deliver world class customer service.

Ideally, you would have worked in a sales or management role for a company that would have enabled you to acquire sound business skills or will have previous experience of running your own customer facing business.

You will have well developed people skills and will be able to demonstrate highly attuned listening and problem solving skills. You will be a first class communicator both verbally and in the written form and will be equally relaxed talking to one person or presenting your ideas to a group.

Attention to detail, a passion for excellence, and highly driven are terms that people would use to describe you.

Whilst no Einstein or technology guru you must be numerically competent and confident in the use of basic computer applications.

You will also recognise that a Franchise system helps to minimise the risks in starting a small business, but you are also keen to put “your own mark” on it.

You will also be acutely aware of the unique nature of a Franchisee-Franchisor relationship and clearly know the obligations of both parties and that the success of both is intrinsically linked.

Investment required...

As a guide the money required to open a PACK & SEND store in the UK is in the region of between £85,000 and £130,000 (including working capital) of which franchisees would need to have at least 30% - 50% as liquid funds.

A franchisee will therefore need a minimum of £30,000 to £60,000 in liquid funds. The balance can be raised through a bank loan and PACK & SEND franchisees enjoy favourable lending terms with our banking partners.
