Who are you Looking for?

The ideal Franchisees will be from a sales/marketing or business development background. Also preferably they will have at least a passing understanding of the recruitment industry. Most importantly, they will have the desire to build their own reputable recruitment business.  With support and guidance from Executives Online, they will possess the tenacity and energy to drive their business forward.

Your day to day role will include;

• Building your client base by contacting and developing relations with businesses with executive level positions.
• Attending client meetings.
• Working with clients to design a brief of their executive recruitment requirements.
• Matching ideal candidates from the Executive Online database with these requirements.
• Interview and shortlist candidates on behalf of the client.
• Coordinate Candidate Interviews.
• Prepare Contracts.
• Monitor Interim Placements with your client.

Is Training and Support Provided?

Absolutely! You will receive:

• 1 week of initial training.
• Additional support by phone and visits with our business opportunities support staff.

• Optional back-office support in the form of invoicing, collections assistance, and contracts preparation.
