Once ElecLocal franchisees have completed the City & Guilds training they are able to rewire domestic and commercial properties, install additional sockets and lighting, undertake all electrical installation repairs, repair earth bonding and do portable appliance testing. In addition we also give franchisees the ability to offer aerial and satellite installation services and security lighting services these are valuable and lucrative additional services that ElecLocal franchisees can offer.

We are looking for ambitious and self motivated people with good interpersonal skills who are looking to retrain, become a skilled electrician and build a multi-vehicle electrical business within their territory.
General DIY experience is an advantage however full training is provided.

The ElecLocal electric franchise training lasts for 3 months beginning with nine weeks at the training centre. ElecLocal provides full training; qualifications include City & Guilds 2391, 2381 as well as 2377-02, and obviously includes the new legally required 'Part P', enabling successful applicants to re-train as highly skilled electricians with their own business.
The final stage of the training covers business and marketing, customer care and use of technology. Franchisees are trained on the ElecLocal operating systems and accounting packages which help each franchisee to run their business opportunity.
